Advertising and Print Collateral 

My time with Ground Up in Naugatuck Ct.  was a turning point for the company. During this time I worked closely with our team to create a digital and print strategy that generated a 40% increase in sales over the previous year.

Our print campaign included extended runs in enthusiast magazines like  “Muscle Car Review”, “Nova Magazine”, “Classic Chevy”, and other local and regional publications. Fast colors and a dynamic layout were used successfully to appeal to the target demographic.

Our intent with this identity update was to bring it more in line with the look of the new website roll out and give a sense of unity to the brand.

In addition to contributing to the front page of the website, I was tasked with creating weekly banner ads and special promotions.

Eventually, we branched out to create a more retro look to try and keep things fresh.

The update to the company website also included a visual re-vamping of our 3 product catalogs. Each was over 200 pages with a print run of 30,000 per catalog.

I created backgrounds to these outsourced illustration pieces for use as 11″ x 17″ promotional posters and filler art when needed in other projects.
